Volunteering Opportunities and Donations

VOLUNTEERING IN AND OUT OF CLASSROOM

There will be times during the school year when we will require some additional help in and out 
of the classroom (e.g., preparing activities, Scientists in the School, Field trips, being a guest speaker and speaking about a special holiday or tradition you and your family celebrate, cooking a simple meal at school, etc...). 

If you are interested in volunteering your time to help us in and out of the classroom, please speak with myself directly (Mr. Ashton).

If you are unable to volunteer but are still interested in helping out, listed below are some donations that we will require throughout the school year. We greatly appreciate your generous donations and wonderful support. 

DONATIONS

If you could, we would greatly appreciate donations of any of the following items from time to time:

-Kleenex

-Hand Sanitizer

-Hand Soap

-Paper Towels

Receiving these items from our parents and guardians cuts costs to our classroom budget, which we can then use for other classroom materials.

RECYCLABLE MATERIALS PLEASE!!!

Over the course of the school year, our class will need various recyclable materials for various learning centres, art projects, and other activities.

We would greatly appreciate receiving any of the following items from you from time to time:

-Paper Towel Rolls (please NO toilet paper rolls!)

-Pop Bottles (large or small)

-Pop Cans

-Cereal Boxes

-Milk Cartons (large or small)

-Kleenex Boxes
